Once your dress has been ordered we will email you with a delivery month* (Exciting times)
When your dress has arrived to our store you can book in for a 'My Dress Has Arrived Appointment' (another exciting email to receive) This Free appointment is recommended so that you can accesorise your dress well in advance of your first bridal alteration fitting.
*Please give 2 weeks for shipping as this may creep into the month later.

Alterations
To our brides who have purchased a dress. All alterations are carried out in store by our team of seamstresses... Natalie the director along with our manager Stefania will pin and fit your dress to you during your first fitting. Your dress is then altered in store with "Team seamstress" Karen, Dotty, Wendy & Leah. We consider ourselves extremely experienced, passionate and organised in this field, so that our process can be trusted.
Our exceptional, capped price point for this service is provided to you during your first initial bridal styling meet. This is an unbeatable price within the wedding industry.
This is your aftercare service. We don't stop at your Say Yes Moment, that is just the start! We are proud to be offering the FULL service to our brides. Your bridal journal now truly begins as we perfect your dress...
