Here at Natalie Ann, we know how important those special moments are during your wedding planning and we love being a massive part of it.
We all remember the moment your stylist asks you the big question and the adrenaline that follows. This is why we aim to keep it as fun and chilled as possible.
You've said yes so what now?
Well it's easy! Once your dress has been ordered we will text you with a delivery month*. Once the dress has arrived to our store you can book in for a 'My Dress Has Arrived App' or wait until your 6 week fittings to try on your dress.
*Please give 2 weeks for shipping as this may creep into the month later.
Your full service starts with storing your dress in our many stock rooms and offering in-house alterations in the comfort of one of our private luxury bridal suites. All alterations are carried out in store by our team of seamstresses... Karen the owner has been designing and altering dresses for over 45 years. Boguslowa and Linda have accompanied Karen with a combined total of 1o years, with their own sewing experiences going beyond that.
We are proud to offer an exceptional price point for in house alterations. They are capped at a total of £200, with an extra fee for sleeves, lace up back or any major adaptions to the dress. This is an unbeatable price in the wedding industry.

Our in-house alteration service is offered to all of our current collection brides, all of our off the peg dresses are given to our recommend seamstress.
